11. Overbooking & Guest Protection
While we take every precaution to avoid overbookings, in the unlikely event that Median Hotel City Center Yerevan is unable to honor a confirmed reservation due to overbooking or operational necessity:
The hotel will arrange alternative accommodation in a hotel of the same or higher category, located within the same area, and for the same dates.
All additional costs, including any rate differences and transportation, will be fully covered by the hotel.
You will not incur any charges for the substitute accommodation arranged by the hotel.
However, if the guest refuses to accept the hotel’s alternative accommodation offer, the hotel shall not be liable for any compensation, reimbursement, or additional costs incurred by the guest for independently chosen alternative lodging.
This policy is designed to ensure transparency, safeguard guest rights, and guarantee peace of mind while maintaining reasonable boundaries of liability.
